Called to attempt to place an order for the deli, after multiple attempts I asked to speak to the manager who also didn't answer the phone. I guess nobody works there that's able to pick up the phone yet whenever you're there everyone is on their personal cell phone. Call Giant and save yourself the hassle!

Great selection...prices a bit high, but it's the most convenient grocery store in area....staff very friendly & helpful.

Don't bother going in needing stamps on the week end or after the mail contractor closes because the customer service desk in store doesn't sell them. So no postage stamps for you but we're happy to sell you a lottery ticket

I tend to like this Weis a lot. I live in Port Matilda and when I visit family is always on my way home. Unfortunately, I'm a huge fan of their bakery section in particular. Regular priced items can be a little steep here at times, but there are good sales and I really recommend looking at the online coupons. I find great deals there!

Weis has good sales with coupons and rewards. However, the coupons don’t always work which can be frustrating. I had a recent experience with the self checkout not working. The employee told me to use the other machine and she canceled the one that didn’t work. However the charge was not canceled on my credit card. It took 2 trips to the store to get a refund. The employee at customer service was very rude and she made me feel as though I was trying to get a credit that wasn’t owed to me. The manager did arrange for her to give me the credit. It was a very frustrating experience. I suppose the customer is not always right.
